My Favorite Healthy Eats

15min1{Dinner in 15 minutes halibut with quinoa}

I am a hedonist at heart.  I love food, wine, and sweets but I love balance too and eating healthy always makes me feel so good.  I’m always on the lookout for healthy and delicious recipes with 2 requirements: 1) The recipe has to be easy to make and 2) it doesn’t require lots of ingredients.  I hate the word “diet.”  It’s ruined everyone’s eating habits.  I stick to whole foods and try to eat organically as much as I can.  I also stay away from processed foods.  Even when I’m indulging, I always try to find locally sourced ingredients.  It took a while but I think I’ve found my balance.  These are my favorite healthy eats that have been featured on Miss Buttercup.
