I’ve been feeling the February chub lately. After 2 weeks in Patagonia and eating mostly white carbs and meats, I was craving salads and fruits. It also doesn’t help that it’s been freezing in New York lately and I just don’t feel sexy what-so-ever. My go-to solution is drinking fresh green smoothies. I’ve been juicing consistently for 5 years now and I swear it’s the solution to looking and feeling better. I know what you’re thinking, it’s green how can it be delicious? I promise you it doesn’t taste like lawn. The only thing you can taste is the apple. I’ve been able to convert many non-believers. Say goodbye to winter chub!
