Every Spring and Fall, I try to do a detox. Don’t worry, it’s not what you think…there’s no cabbage soup or liquids only. What I mean by detox is eating clean and eating lots of vegetables. I like to do one in the Fall right after Summer when I’m a little more lax about my diet and before the holidays. I love my Fall detox because it still includes all of my favorite foods and includes delicious Fall vegetables like pumpkin and brussel sprouts. It doesn’t even taste like a detox because everything tastes so good. These are my favorite recipes for a Fall detox.
