Oreos are one of my all time favorite cookies and this year, it turned 100 years old! I knew I wanted to make a holiday cookie with them. If you need a lot of cookies for a cookie swap, holiday party or gifts, these are the perfect holiday cookie because they are so easy to make. All you need is oreos (I used 2 boxes), melted white chocolate, and crushed candy canes. First, dunk the oreo into the melted white chocolate. I used chopsticks to remove the oreo from the melted chocolate and gave it a little shake to get the excess chocolate off. Place the oreo on parchment paper and sprinkle some crushed candy cane on top. Continue with the rest of the oreos. You don’t have to but I put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes for the white chocolate to harden just because my kitchen is always hot. Because these cookies were so easy to make I was able to make a lot of them at once. I made them for a holiday party and also included them in cookie baskets.
