I’m not a huge chip person but when I need a crunchy snack, kale chips are my go-to snack. I used Tuscan kale and washed and dried them really well. You must dry them really well otherwise, you won’t get that crunch. I cut the kale and tossed them with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. I baked them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Make sure you check them at around 15 minutes to see how they’re going. Say goodbye to your potato chips!
