Remember when I made these biscotti? It gave me a great idea to make holiday ones. I LOVE biscotti. I love how crunchy they are and they’re the perfect accompaniment to coffee. This time, I added a teaspoon of almond extract to give it a great nutty almond flavor. When the biscotti were cooled and ready, I dipped them in white chocolate and added holiday sprinkles on top. They have been everyone’s favorite this year.
