Happy Valentine’s Day!

I’ve never gone out for Valentine’s Day; instead, I opt for an intimate home cooked dinner with our favorite foods.  Tonight, I’m making NY strip steak (organic and grass-fed) with roasted brussel sprouts and chocolate tarts for dessert accompanied by really good red wine.  I just finished making these chocolate tarts and the apartment smells intoxicating.  I used the recipe from my favorite baking book Martha Stewart’s Pies and Tarts.  Nothing is sexier than medium rare steak and chocolate tarts xoxoxo.
