Fancy Eggs

Some mornings call for something fancy.  I decided to make a simple but decadent breakfast last weekend to spice things up.  I made a poached egg and asparagus with a drizzle of white truffle oil and truffle salt.  Yes, it’s a little over the top but hey, you only live once right?  There’s nothing better than a perfectly cooked runny egg.  It’s sexy even.  The best part of this meal was that it took less than 10 minutes to make now that’s fancy!
