I discovered eggs in the nest from the movie V for Vendetta with Natalie Portman. I had no idea that it’s one of those old school American breakfasts. I made it yesterday for breakfast and it instantly made me happy. I made it even more special by making a heart shaped nest. I used healthy Ezekiel bread, organic eggs and olive oil to toast the bread instead of butter. My boyfriend also thought they were really cute but don’t tell him I told you that.
