I am on a caramel kick lately. Maybe it’s because it reminds me of caramel apples. I saw this easy recipe for white chocolate caramel popcorn with cashews in Martha Stewart magazine (recipe here) in the October issue. I love foods that are sweet and salty. Caramel popcorn is perfect for an afternoon snack or dessert. I bagged some up and shared the popcorn with some friends. The hard part is to stop!
