My favorite thing to do on the weekends is to have a beach bonfire. I love it because it reminds me of the time in my life when I lived in San Diego. The best part about these bonfires is that it’s a free activity to do with friends and family. We hosted our first bonfire last weekend and I think it was a success with a few rookie mistakes like forgetting a flashlight. I made up for it by remembering the s’mores. We were impressed by what our fellow bonfire goers had brought. The family next to us took bonfires to the next level by shooting off fireworks. We collectively came up with a checklist of things to bring to make it the best bonfire.
