5things1This week more than ever, I wanted to appreciate all the little things in my life.  Great friends, great food, an inspiring quote, and the beauty of nature.  It’s unfortunate that a tragedy has to remind you to live in the moment and appreciate what you have in your life.  It’s important to remind yourself that life is short and it’s not a dress rehearsal.  Live boldly and make sh*t happen.  I decided to spend the weekend detoxing not just for my body but for my mind and soul.  These were the things I was lovin’ this week.
