{Greek yogurt, berries, and granola}
As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Up until last year, I ate whatever I wanted and it wasn’t always healthy. The usual suspects were croissants and bagels with cream cheese. In an effort to be healthier, I switched my breakfast routine to 3 rotating favorites: Greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage) with berries and granola, steel cut oatmeal with berries, and blueberry protein shake. I savor the croissants on the weekends. When I’m in a rush and need to grab something quick, I have a Think Thin bar.
{I use McCann’s steel cut Irish oatmeal, agave nectar, cinnamon and top with berries}

Blueberry Protein Shake
1 cup almond or rice milk| 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries| 1 serving whey protein powder I like Biochem| 1 serving ProGreens| 1 tbspn ground flaxseeds
Blend all together
