Hummus Kitchen

I’m always on the hunt for great neighborhood eats.  I live in Columbus Circle or more specifically, Clinton.  In the past 2 years, there have been so many amazing restaurants that have been popping up in Hell’s Kitchen and Clinton.  Last week, I ended up at the Hummus Kitchen on 9th Avenue.  It’s a romantic little restaurant that has brick walls and wrought iron gates.  I got the mazze trio for $11.95.  All I have to say is that the hummus was the best I’ve ever tasted.  It was served warm and it was creamy and I couldn’t believe that I ever ate store bought hummus.  I’m still thinking about that hummus now.  Stay tuned for my 9th Avenue food crawl.
