When it’s cold outside in New York, it’s so easy to stay indoors and be a couch potato. Last Friday, I opted to get outside, eat delicious ramen, and go for a stroll. I always pass by Totto Ramen since my post office is on the same street and I notice that there’s always a line. I wanted to see what the hype was all about so I waited for 45 minutes during the lunch rush. I ordered the spicy pork ramen and it was ready in 1 minute (seriously) and I ate it in 5 minutes for a grand total time at the restaurant of 10 minutes. It was thick, spicy, and hearty. Afterwards, I went to my favorite Central Park landmark, Strawberry Fields and the Dakota. It was the perfect way to spend a freezing cold day.
