Last Meal

My girlfriend gave me this awesome book called My Last Supper, The Next Course by Melanie Dunea.  Melanie Dunea interviewed 50 world famous chefs and asked them what they would have as their last meal.  The photos are stunning and the answers were actually surprising.  I play this game with a lot of my foodie friends, we ask each other, “what would you have as your last meal?”  I’ve thought about this seriously for about 2 years.  It’s hard to commit to a last meal because every year, I taste another amazing dish.  After careful consideration, I know my answer.  The setting for my last meal would be at a beach house with all my closest friends and family with lots of Brunello di Montalcino flowing.  This is what I would eat for my last meal…
